These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and LearnPrep ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the LearnPrep website (learnprep.in and its subdomains), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.
The Services are intended for students preparing for board examinations, JEE, NEET, and CUET. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that a parent/guardian has consented on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Certain features of the Services (e.g. LearnPrep Pro) are offered on a paid subscription basis. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner; we do not store your card or payment credentials.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Given the digital nature of our content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020) or at our sole discretion in cases of a demonstrable technical failure preventing access to purchased content. Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised within 7 days of purchase via our Contact page.
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Upon request, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you may reactivate it by logging back in. After 30 days, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our active systems, except where retention is required by applicable law (e.g. for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes), consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

All content on the Services — including solutions, explanations, graphics, logos, and the LearnPrep name and branding — is owned by or licensed to LearnPrep and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our NCERT solutions and educational content, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific examination outcome. LearnPrep is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with NCERT, CBSE, NTA, or any official examination body.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LearnPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to examination results or academic outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time as described in Section 5.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
